病み上がりの「東京トンテキ」
インフルエンザでしばらくお休みしてた私ですが、本日より出勤！
体力あるかな？体調は？？という不安を食の面からチェックすべく向かったのは「東京トンテキ」。国産豚肩ロース200ｇ1000円を何事もなく食べられるかが私のバロメータ。結果は…
やっぱ美味しい♪
グローブ状に出された豚のステーキには、甘めのソースがからんでます。意外にも200ｇというボリュームがすいすいと入っていくのが不思議。
今日は健康！
ちなみにトンテキ、三重県の四日市が中心なんですよね。本場はまた違った味なのかしら？
